4. Point-Based Redeem System

• Earning Points: Customers can earn points for purchases made on the Ceedos website or during promotional campaigns.
• Redemption: Points can be redeemed against future purchases. Each point has a specific monetary value, which will be displayed at the time of redemption.
• Validity of Points: Points earned have a validity of 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who earned them.
• Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from point redemption; this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Points: In the event that an order placed with redeemed points is canceled after the redemption, the redeemed points will not be returned to the customer.

• Validity: The validity of the scratch card and discounts will be provided on the card itself or at the time of promotion.

7. Return and Refund Policy Specific to Food Products

• Return Eligibility: Food products, snacks, nuts, and similar perishable items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons once they have been delivered and opened.
• Non-returnable Items: Perishable food items, such as snacks, nuts, seeds, and any products that are considered consumable and time-sensitive, are non-returnable under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety concerns.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, the customer must inform Ceedos within 5 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
• Return Process for Damaged Products: For eligible returns (damaged or defective items only), Ceedos will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the customer’s preference.
• Refunds: Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order before shipment. Once the order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Shipping
