  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Time:

    • 3-5 business days for metro cities.
    • 5-7 business days for non-metro and remote locations.

2.3 In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier delays, delivery may be impacted. Ceedos will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but does not accept liability for such delays.

  • If the product packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, customers must:

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a video while unpacking the delivered products to serve as proof in case of damage or missing items.
  1. Tracking of Orders

6.1 Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
6.2 Customers can track their orders on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking details.

  1. Restricted Delivery Locations

7.1 Ceedos may not deliver to certain remote, restricted, or non-serviceable areas as determined by our delivery partners.
7.2 In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed for the undeliverable order.
